Why Cant I use Internet explorer?

We have 4 users on our family computer. Three users can access the net using IE 6. The fourth user gets an error message when clicking on IE icon. The message just says that it failed to start and will send an error report to Microsoft.

To help you out with your problem you will have to log on under admin and delete your guest account make a new account and you will have to assign that account with permission to log on to the internet as admin you control every user name that you create including the prevlieges for all users so make sure the user you create has access to the internet next time.
