Why does my computer slows down every 30 mins and I to reboot.

my p.c runs fine for about 30 mins then starts to slow down, until ive eventually got to reboot.

then its fine again for 30 mins. its only a year old , ive got 256k of memory installed.

You may have insufficient hardware memory the swap file on the C: drive starts to grow and this cause congestion and if there is not enough space on the swap file the system start to freeze up, crashes or begins to reboot You need more hardware memory.
