How to get 32 bit color

How can i get my display settings back to 32 bit instead of having 16 colors? i already tried going to display settings on my computer but it only has 16 color. what can i do to fix this?

You may need to upgrade your video card in order to get 32 bit color Your current one may not be able to handle anything past 16 bit color.
