How can I fix the error 0x80070725 that I get when using InstallSheild Wizard?

Whenever installing software that uses the "Installshield Wizard", I get an error that's titled "Unhandled Exception" Error Number: 0x80070725, Description: Incompatible Version of the RPC Stub. Setup will now Terminate. Other software that does not use this program will install fine. I have a second computer which is identical and I don't get this error. What does this mean and any suggestions on how to fix it? It used to work OK in the past until now. I don't know what could have happened. Thank-You for your time.
