Why are you receiving error message when attempting to use computer?

get the follwoing error oe: 0028 : 00000004, constantly reboots itself, and the problem started when got cable modem

Due to the fact that the modem driver is not installed; the bios does not recognize the modem You must install the driver Use the CD that came with the modem.
