While using my computer the system just turns off. There is not spacific amount of time when this happens the monitor will just go blank. I have to reboot the computer and then run the scan disk to bring the system back up. During the scan disk numerous lines will come up saying things have been trunicated. Most of these say something about sys32 or microsoft office something. Now the fan on the computer still runs when the screen goes blank. Any ideas on what may be going on here. My mother board, memory, and hard drive are all less then 6 months old. Please let me know what I can do.

This could be a problem with the video system Since you just upgraded you could also have a resource conflict, check your settings in device manager Check video RAM memory-2MB or more needed You may need to reset your resolution or the monitor does not support the resolution or color setting.
