What is Spam?

I get about 70 e-mails a day supposedly from Microsoft Corporation with the Swen virus. Symatec deletes the attachments so I know the virus does not infect me. Still every time I open my e-mail I keep getting the messages. Is there any way to not allow this message to be sent to me?

The best way to stop from getting those e-mails is to block the address so that your e-mail provider will see it as spam mail and will not allow any mail from that address.
