Getting the messages from McAfee pop up?

I keep getting the messages from McAfee pop up these items have been cleaned & deleted for the w32 swen a mm and also exploit MIME.gen.exe.

This is happening continually. My email keeps getting those phony microsoft alerts and messages and the email is extremely slow...takes 20 minutes to a whole day to receive emails. I can access the internet without any problem but email is more than extremely slow. It seems to be bogged down. I also receive rejected emails that I did not send.

How do I remove these viruses completely. They do not seem to get purged from the system. I have disabled system restore, rebooted, enabled system restore hoping that would purge these virus problems but that has not worked...Please HELP!
