I don't get any lights or video when I boot up my computer. What might be causing this? I have tried a new video card and a different hard drive but get nothing.

If you had replace the video card and still don't show any screen image or text, Then the problem might be the Monitor is shot If you have a monitor by any changes try to to switch it out and see if the problem has been fix.

I believe that your PC lights up, but the monitor won't light up, so the monitor is the problem
