I was printing a coupon from the Fat Wallet web site when my computer locked up. I unplugged it at the wall (after trying everything possible to restore it) and plugged it back in. Ever since my screen flashes every nine seconds (it is VERY regular). I did a re-boot, but it still happens. I haven't seen this or heard about it before.

This is either a problem from the printer or from the website If the site left a cookie on your system you might be experiencing your computer trying to load up that site It could also be a conflict between your printer and your computer Black-outs occur on monitors due to bad printer computer connections, your situation might be the opposite.
