This virus behavior is the following: it Installs an Internet Explorer toolbar, Act as a home page and search hijacker and pops up advertisement, often pornographic in nature.

To answer your question, yes you should delete it!.. But just to double check do the following:

1 Update your antivirus software very often, so you can obtain the most recent viusr definitions.

2 Start you antivirus and make sure it is configured to scan all the files, run a full scan and delete any virus it finds.

3 you can go to the registry and delete the value:

a Click Start, and then click Run (The Run dialog box appears.)

Type regedit

b Then click OK (The Registry Editor opens.)

c Navigate to the key:

d HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

e In the right pane, delete the value:

f "IST Service" = "C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\ISTsvc.exe"

g Navigate to and delete the key:

h HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ISTsvc

i Exit the Registry Editor.

Note: before you modified the registry make a Backup, on the "System State"
