I'm not sure what is wrong, but, when you run a music clip or a video clip with sound it shuts down. It also shuts down if you are running more than one program at a time or if it has been online too long. Please help! Thanks

DEPENDING ON YOUR COMPUTER THERE MAY BE SEVERAL REASONS WHY YOUR COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN.

1 A MEDIA FILE ARE MUSIC, VIDEO, OR ANY PICTURE TYPE.

ONE OF THE REASONS IS BECAUSE YOUR COMPUTERMAY HAVE LOW MEMORY, USUALLY WHEN YOU HAVE LOW MEMORY IT SHUTS DOWN BECAUSE ITS TOO MUCH INFORMATION AND DATA FOR YOUR COMPUTER TO HANDLE.

A TRY ADDING MEMORY ITS VERY SIMPLE AND YOU CAN GET IT AT ANY LOCAL STORE SUCH AS STAPLES, OR COMP USA.

2 TRY UPDATING YOUR MEDIA PLAYER

B NEW TECHNOLOGY MEANS YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO UPDATE YOUR COMPUTER.

ITS VERY SIMPLE IF YOU USING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER OR REAL MEDIA PLAYER GO ONLINE AND GO TO THIER WEBSITE AND GET THE NEWEST VERSION.

THIS SHOULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS
