Hi

I am trying to upgrade Adobe Premiere 6 to Premiere 6.5 in Windows XP Pro and although the installation was confirmed as successful, when I try to open Premiere 6.5, I ge the message :

C:/ Program Files / Adobe / Premiere 6.5 / premiere.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Can you PLEASE tell me why I am getting this message and, more importantly, what can I do to rectify the problem so that I can get Premiere 6.5 up and running ?

I so look forward to your earliest reply.

Many thanks

Gina Bon

Maybe this version is not compatible with your system, maybe you update the wrong version for Windows XP, maybe you pick the version for windows 2000.

I think you should uninstall the Adobe and go to the website again and make sure you download the right version and that will support for Windows XP.
