What is the cause of my Win98 reading drive A:, when it is empty, at start up.

I need to know why my Win98 system keeps trying to access info from the a: drive when it is empty. I put in a blank floppy, and it satisfies the system.

This question was answered on November 13, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.


You may need to change the POST set up so that the computer read the C: drive at start up instead of the A: drive.
