I asked this question twice. 1st. time the answer was not applicable. Second time I some how lost access to your web site and missed the answer, if there was one.

My printer is a HP 682C. I am unable to print the last 5 or 6 letters of the right margin of your newsletters. I have extended the margins at the printer site as far as they will go however that seems to have no effect.

Thanks

-if the printer do not have enough memory to hold the entire page, an error occurs For others, only a part of a page prints or don't print

-for some hp printers that don't have a control panel on the front of the printer , an error message displays as a flashing amber error light.for some hp printers that have acontrol panel, the displayed error message indicating not memory is "20Mem overflow." the solution is to install more memory or print only simple poages with little graphics

-print a self-test page to vertify how much memory is installed check the user guide for the printer to determine how much memory printer can support and what kind of memory to buy
