Games playing choppy?

My problem is that when playing Warcraft 3 and other 3d video games my graphics tend to get choppy if i my computer has been on for awhile and other programs have been used. I have a Geforce4 64mbs mx440 installed so i don't really know what the problem is, my processor is a 1gig athlon. any ideas on what it might be?

Try updateing your graphics card driver, if that doesnt work you may need more memory.
