After reformatting my hard drive I am unable to open an excel 2000 worksheet and shortcut.

Yesterday my computer crashed and had to reformat the hard drive to make it work. Luckily I backed up my files. My problem is that one file I have including the short cut for that file will not open after I copied it back on my drive. It is a excel 2002 worksheet and it says unable to read file. Please help on this, I am desperate!!!!

Check to see if the software was installed Or you may want to reinstall the software, you may have some how deleted it.
