What is a Belt.exe

I found BELT.exe in my start group. It's origin was a betterinternet.com I don't recall installing this. Can you tell me what this is?

Belt.exe is known adware, and an updated SpyBot S&D should remove it quite easily If not go to http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.binet.html and this page will be able to help you get rid of this Belt.exe.
