I added some RAM to my PC and it crashed. When I try to boot up it fails. What can I do?

First make sure you inserted the RAM fully It has to click in on both sides If it does not, then you have the wrong size RAM Contact the manufacturer of your PC and find out what kind of RAM you need If it does go in properly check the new RAM stick by swapping out the old RAM and only putting in the new one If there is still an error you may have defective or incorrect RAM.

Good Luck!
