How to properly install windows?

system was restored to a point that has no data system went to blue screen now wont boot up at tried f2 and f11 for boot and setup cant even run ez drive to reformat and reinstal windows can you help

I checked your setting for what operating system you were running, and since you can't really get all the information back and you try to reinstall the operating system anyway, just put int the cd for winxp and install a fresh copy of winxp It will ask you if you're sure you want to do this then choose to continue and it will reformat the partition and then install a new copy of winxp--Robert Outlaw
