Tired of Pops Up Ads?

I keep getting popup spam from "Only the best Microsoft Internet...." (not a question, I know...) Question is, how can I get rid of whatever is causing this, or prevent it from happening? Thanks,

I use Nortons Internet Security to block Popup Ads and the ones that slip thru you can ad that popup ad to norton so next time it will block it.
