Computer keeps restarting?

My computer restartes linke crazy! It could be after 5 minutes or 5 hours, although lately it is more like a couple hours. I have tried a new power supply and new RAM but neither worked. I installed a new CPU fan and system fam and it didn't work so I know it isn't over-heating. I checked for the blaster worm and cleared it but i didn't have it and it still restarts. WHAT CAN I DO? I have an AMD Duron 950 Mhz with a soyo mother board, 40 GB hard drive, and 512 of pc 133 RAM. Please help! thank you
