How to check email.

I can not use my regular email because it can not be opened. My error message says "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded". I'm pretty much computer illiterate, so I can't figure out what to do!

If you are having problems with Outlook and want to keep retrieving your email simple and if you don't mind getting a new email address, the best thing I can advise you to do is open a Yahoo email account Go to www.yahoo.com and on the right side of the page at the top is an icon that reads Mail Click it and follow the direction In less than 10 minutes you will have a new email address with just as many features as Outlook Plus you can check your Yahoo email from any PC.
