How to fax on your PC

I am looking for a fax service that is free or nearly free. I have heard that you can receive faxes in your email, is this possible?

Yes Yahoo has a free faxing service The only thing you may need is a fax modem for your pc But the link below has different services you can use Some may not need the fax modem because they use the IP protocol. http://www.sftek.com/free-pc-fax-software.shtml
