I have always received great service and I will continue my association with a great company.

We initially brought an old laptop in for service a few weeks ago. The motherboard was bad. The personnel at the Ahwatukee store showed us the laptops at the store and we got one. In the past we had spent a lot of time researching the quality of a potential buy for our other computer in consumer magazines and websites, but it turned out to be a dud, so we thought we'd try one of the laptop at Data Docs, as we've been happy with the work there. They did a great job getting the new one loaded up. We've brought our computers in in the past and always thought this store was excellent and reasonable priced! We love our new Think Pad. It is working well! Thank you!

Superb in all regards. Both for service, and an unexpected post-service question and quick check that was unexpected and unplanned. And was not charged for it!
