Track Your Happiness

What makes you happy? Do you know? Would you like to know?

Well, there’s an app for that and it’s called Track Your Happiness.

Track Your Happiness is actually a Harvard scientific research project that’s trying to investigate what makes people happy.

By using the app, you’ll be able to track your happiness and find out what factors — for you personally — are associated with greater happiness.

A few times a day, you’ll get a notification and be asked some questions about your experience at that moment. The idea is that by measuring your experience at many individual moments, you’ll get an accurate picture of your life and the drivers of your happiness.

You’ll also contribute to the research project to help with the scientific understanding of happiness.
