Very informative visit with Tom Moore. Tom fixed my problem and was prompt and very professional. He also gave me some pointers on how to keep from having the problem in the future. I have recommended Data Doctors to friends of mine based on my visit. I felt the service and reasonable fees I was charged a bargin.

Tom Moore was extremly helpful and professional. My computer now works fine. Tom helped me over the phone once I got my computer back home to locate my e-mail files. (Turned out to be my mistake anyway).

My experience was great, upon arriving I explained my problem and in a matter of minutes the store mgr (Tom moore) isolated the problem. Now we needed a part to complete the job (fan) that would take awhile, but we worked it out so I could pick it up from another store (wife needs the computer for work every day) and the job was completed that day. Tom, also explained about your new service contracts and answered some computer questions I had. I will definitely return if I need any assistance in the future.

The store manager, Tom, was very informative. Giving very good advice on the way we should go for buying our new computer. We elected to stay with XP as we are confortable with the operating system. The transfer of our files from the lap top was a nice service, we really appreciated this. Tom is very Knowledable and has a very good attitude, that goes along way in my books.

External hard drive was not being recognized and talked to Tom Moore about having a new enclosure on the hard drive. When I received the hard drive back I noticed a Data Doctors survey on my hard drive.I never gave permission for anything to be put on my hard drive and I feel its an invasion of privacy.
