Tom Moore was very helpful and went our of his way to help me with my crashed hard drive. He installed a new hard drive and the original software. He recommened a data retrieval lab to me which we are exploring to see if any data can be retreived. All was completed in 36 hrs. I was very pleased with his support and timely turnaround. I should have been better informed about the options- that is partly due to my lack of experience. However I should been advised to just buy a new laptop instead of spending $337.00 on a six year old machine- that is way too pricy and included a $119.00 hard drive that is priced at about $80-$90 at the box stores. I think that Tom tryed to explain technical details well. Thanks.

my first exoeriance with data doctor was WOW !!!!! i know very little if any thing about computers but TOM MOORE your store manager made me feel very comfortable and secure in all his knowledge about computers and made me feel more confident in my realm reguarding computers going forward but all the tech stuff is still in his hands ,,,,,,,you are very lucky to have TOM as an employee i will tell all my friends about my exceptional experance at DATA DOCTORS Tom is a very knowledgeable person and he also has great people skills which is rare in the business world .....THANKS AGAIN

The computer service was great and especially the customer service. It seems to me examining my records you have raised your prices, it was more expensive this time I came into Data Doctors. Maybe you should think about lowering your prices a bit.
