Tom Moore did a great job. I am not computer savvy at all. He spoke to me on my level without making me like an idiot. My husband and I have called Tom since bringing our computer home and he continues to be helpful.

The general rule is that computer technicians do not have a good reputation. But there are exceptions to the rule. Tom More (Data Doctors store 260/E. Rigs Road in Chandler, Arizona) is such an exception. In contrast to many of his colleagues, Tom listens to the client, looks at the system and than presents a clear and understandable 'treatment' plan. He also makes sure that if there is a delay because of unforeseen circumstances (in my case my network computer with 900+ viruses and Dutch versions of standard software needed extra attention), the client is informed on time. When picking up the system, Tom does not hand over the computer, but shows what he has done and explains why this works. And, again in contrast to many of his colleagues in other companies, the quoted costs are what is charged. No add-ons or surprises. Tom is absolutely one of a kind in the world of computer technicians. I have more units in need of updating and careful attention... so.. "l'll be back...!"

Tom Moore took care of the service on my computer. I really appreciate the time he took to explain what the root cause of the problem I was having with my PC and was pleasantly surprised at his thorough approach to the solution. He was quick, courteous and responsive. Can't think of a better man to handle my PC's health in the future than Tom!

I was please with your service both times,some of windows formatt was rearange,The tech. said I could call him back any time to make sure every thing is ok. Tech was very helpful to me. HE (tech) even carried my equitment to car. Over all I was very satisfied with hhis service.

Promised completion date was not met. A part (memory stick) had to be brought from another store and was delayed for some reason. Also, I thought the price was a bit high. So far, the system is working fine, but I have not been at home to use it very much. I am still re-installing applications.
