It was amazing service. Whenever the technician had a question he phoned me before continuing to insure i had the exactly what i wanted. The upgraded hard drive was also a wonderful plus. I could have done a reinstall and replaced my own hard drive, but having delicate information on my hard drive was to much of a risk to loose. Im very glad i brought it in. It took no more than a week and now my laptop runs great!

The hard drive on my laptop took a crash! James did a great job in transferring my data from my external backup (which was a little over a month old) - unfortunately he was not able to get the current data files off of the hard drive that crashed. He was very knowledgable and helpful in getting me back in "business".

My technician Dawayne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made every attempt to resolve the issue before offering a monetary resolution. He also took the time to discuss my issue and offered ways to prevent a similar issue from occurring in the future. Thanks Robert

Had the PC fixed on, I believe, Nov 14, 2006 at the Chandler Arizona store at Riggs and Gilbert Rd. So far, the PC and software work like its brand new again. Dwayne, the store employee was very knowlegable and professional and educated me a little about computers. Paid $200.00. Kinda pricey, I probably could've had someone do it for free, but why take chances. I will always pay for quality work. Thomas Catri

The only area I felt could be improved is the price. My computer had to have a complete system reload, which is the most expensive package with data doctors. I understand that this is a great deal of work and requires time. However, I usually take it to a friend who only charges me about 75 dollars for the entire service. I would have used him again if he had available time-this was not the case at the time that I needed to have my computer fixed. It would be helpful to make your services more affordable for families who really rely on the computer for work and schooling. Perhaps giving a discount to students would be helpful.
