Still frustrated.Do not know what to do.After paying $249 (see work order#297).Upon reassembling my system, the following happened: Indication of more virus infection.Pop up says: "YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED........" "CRITICAL SYSTEM ERROR....etc." I checked my Norton Anti-Virus.Norton Anti-Virus 2003 was installed.(I originally installed 2006 earlier this year.)So I removed 2003 and re-bought 2006.- Attempted to download-failed. I am attempting to contact Norton for relief/resolution.(Since I paid their additional internet cost of $50) Java not working again. Lenore's acct still won't recognize her password-cannot use her email. Help! Mort Huskey

Everything was pretty good, except that they said it would be done on tuesday at the latest. then on tuesday i came to pick it up, and they said it would be done tomorro. then i came in on wednesday and they said it would be done on thursday, but they finished it on wednessday.

Personel at this store did all possible to accomodate me. When I returned home my mouse broke, they let me borow one of theirs (trusting me to return). Customer service was very good. A little pricey

Your employees are excellant. Rob, Jeff, Bob. Our problems were evaluated quickly and effenciently. Rob answered the phone after business hours (which I was unaware of at the time and only discovered by looking at the store hours on the door the next day) and talked to me for several minutes. The next day, Jeff was there and determined we needed a new computer. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive one available, but suggested we only needed the least expensive one. Rob called when he finished building it and retrieving info from our old computer, to check if our appointment for in house set-up was still ok. Bob came to install the new computer. He called to ask for more directions, when he had trouble finding the correct entrance to our community, and apologized for the delay. He did a great job installing and explaining all about what was done and how to use the Data Doctor installed programs and where our old info was located. Everyone was very helpfull in answering all our concerns and questions. Thank you very much for providing such great people and service.
