| Recently we found out, thanks to Edward Snowden, that our government was collecting data from our cell phones. In a world where we already don''t trust our government, should we be afraid? Data Doctor''s Ken Colburn says being afraid only comes from not having enough information. However, he says there needs to be a balance between protecting our privacy and protecting our country from terrorists. There is a data set out there that has been collected by NSA, the FBI etc. and there are no rules as to what can or cannot be done with the information. The emphasis on our discussion was to educate yourself and figure out which technology you are comfortable using, and which you are not. |
