David was a gem! He listened to my issues and then fixed everything on my list. He is both knowledgable and able to interact well with customers. Too often the good tech guys can't relate or communicate with people. David is definitely a keeper.

I did bring my computer into your store and you did every thing required except that I did not bring in the wifi receiver consiquently the computer didn'get it placed back on. I called and Sean spent over a half an hour with a NOVICE to get everything working again. What a great guy! He said that he did not want me to bring it down on Monday because he didn't want my wife to be without it over the week end. Once again, what a great guy!!!!!!!!!!
