I was impressed that when I went to pick up the computer the "data doctor" spent so much time reviewing what he'd done and answering my questions so I was comfortable that everything I'd requested to be done was done. I also appreciated the coupon and the idea to bring it while I was on vacation - I would not have thought of that!
