Wayzata Computer Repair Experts!

Very helpful--installed some quick software for me and explained how to do some other tasks.

Dennis from the Wayzata MN office came to my house. The computer was apparently fried by a power surge. He took the computer to the office to verify whether it was salvageable. No such luck! I ordered a new computer which Dennis delivered. Back at the office he transferred the contents of the old hard drive to the new one. then delivered the new machine to my home. Time from first visit to delivery of new machine - 47 hours. Great service. Thanks

Cleaned up our system, it is faster and they installed microsofts antviru program which we were not aware that is exsisted. We were all ready to buy a new processer, Data doctors saved us money and made us happy. Thank you Faith and Eric Larsen

Your survey was too short. It did not give me a chance to really explain the great service I have had! First, the first time I used Data Doctors, the Tech came to my house and did the following: 1) "Clean-up" both my old desk top and then my newer lap-top. 2) Got my new printer working with my old desk top and then got the same printer working wirelessly to my newer lap-top. The Tech was prompt, curteous and even kind of fun to chat with as he was working.

My second experience with Data Doctor was just this week. The old desk top somehow became infected with a very wicked virus which had totally taken control. This time the Tech (acutally the owner) set an appointment time and then handled it brilliantly by remote! Again, it was an enjoyable experience (imagine that),I learned quite a bit, and in both cases the fees were extremely reasonable.

Im not kidding here. This has been great and I am thinking of making the Data Doctor my cardiologist as well.

I really appreciated the fact that when I explained to Rich that I would be coming from a significant distance, (107 miles one way), to drop off my computer, he immediately said that he would reserve me a loner computer. As the holidays were about to descend upon us this was a great service.

I have used Data Doctors before, and have always found them to be Professional, Responsive, and when appropriate, Humorous!

Keep it up Guys, and I am sure that you will understand if I hope that I don't have to visit again too soon!
