Data Doctors Gilbert, AZ

The service techs are very nice, they explain what they have to do, what they have done. Always call to see how everything is working. This is my issued. Bought the computer in April 2018. Left the state for 4.5 months. Came back for 10 days and left again for a little over a week. So basically the computer did not have much use since it was purchased. The computer was very slow and we attributed it to Cox, because the area we live in is older. Cox came out and did whatever they do. Computer was not any better. Took it in and was informed by Data Doctor that the computer had 3 viruses. Odd had hardly been used. The viruses were removed, and we purchased the monthly service plan, thought everything would be OK. Nope. Computer would not log on or it would shut down. Could be on it for about 30 minutes at a time. Called Data and John did a remote service, which was kind of him not to charge us. Thought that was the end of the "issue". The font and screen was different. Too large and fuzzy. Took computer back in with monitor. Problem was resolution was off because monitor was older so not compatible with computer. Also we had a very old mouse that was an issue and we had an older key board. So far this year we have purchased a "new" computer, new wireless mouse and keyboard from Data Doctor. Started have issues again with computer. Took it back and I asked could it be the hard drive? Was told it could be and they were going to run test on the computer again. Picked up the computer and was told that they installed a better hard drive and we should not have any issues. I asked is it a new hard drive? No and it will not be under warranty. Now I bought a "new"computer in April, have had to have the hard drive replaced that will not be under warranty. I do not think this computer was new. I feel it was rebuilt with used components.John from Data Doctors call a few days after the last time it was in to see if everything was OK. I told him it was, we don't have issues with shutting down. This weekend the son was asking about the computer. I told him it doesn't shut down. He checked it and said what's with the font and screen? It's fuzzy looking hard to look at. I said it has something to do with resolutions. He says no I think it is the video card. Now I would like to know was the new computer built with used components? If so that does not seem right. I do not remember seeing anything that this was a rebuilt computer. I have not called Data Doctors yet this morning about the resolutions. I have a busy day today so will not be able to take it in. This is very frustrating for all involved. Sherri Wheeler

Who ever was the tech that serviced my machine left a link to a web site ithink its alled nabhoe. It is written in a non english language i think from the midlle east/russian area. It would appear they were listening to some music on the sight while working on my machine. not cool to leave it behind.

Data Doctors Gilbert, AZ

Dear Data Doctors, This brief comment is in reference to my work order purchase #1509 and the recent professional service I received from your store located at: 3425 E. Baseline Rd. #103, Gilbert, AZ 85234. I have been coming to this Data Doctors store location for more than 5 years now and I have to say, I am always welcomed and impressed by the staff there, while also receiving outstanding service from "John DaVila." I used to live in Mesa years ago but now live near Cave Creek and the 101 Freeway in Phoenix. However, whenever I need computer service or professional computer advice, I always seek out John for help. What's more, there are many Data Doctors stores I pass on my way to the Data Doctors store in Gilbert, but I do not mind the drive because I know when I speak to John, I am going to be treated with complete respect and receive incredible service and professionalism. This is amazing to me and hard to find in this day and age. Therefore, I will always come to this store location to make purchases from John and receive help or advice. I recently purchased a new desktop computer and I must say, I am more than satisfied! I am very happy with my purchase, the power of my new computer and of course the service I received in getting the computer set up for my needs. I am not able to thank John and his staff at the store enough for all the help and advice. I told John thank you on the day I picked up my computer in the store, but if you could share this comment message with him, that would make me very happy because I can't thank him enough. I have received a lot of service from him over the years and every time John is always friendly, professional and just a wealth of knowledge.I always learn something about my computer ever time I speak with him. Also, I would like to give thanks to "Jerad Mosher," who also worked on helping to set up my computer and even set up my computer in the store for me to inspect with the two COSTCO external monitors I had purchased for my computer. I also received great service from Jerad and I am grateful. Thank you, Corey Hotchkiss Phoenix, AZ
