Data Doctors Chandler, AZ

I found that all that worked at DD were competent, professional, and nice. However communication was a problem. I took the computer in on 1/8/18. It had a estamated due date. 1/12/18, some time on or before 1/12 I received a phone call about how they could fix it. I asked how long will this take and the response was about 4 days. I waited a week and hearing nothing I called and talked to the office. Then I was told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to order the case for the computer. I waited again and we received a call that were told that it was on the east coast. Waited until following wednesday and called about the eta of part, was told that they would have to get back to me, but that never happened. Then on 2/5 this week i was told that they weren't going to hold my computer any longer. The computer itself was fixed and i could pick it up. I told them I would pick it up friday or saturday. Again on 2/6 DD called me and got permission to install anti virus on computer. His parting words were see you friday or saturday. On Friday we stopped by and we were told that they didn't want to give the computer to us until it had the case on it. When I talked to the tech he decided that i could take it but he needed to do a quality check and that would take an hour. I refused to wait and came on. On 2/10 i received a call that the computer was complete and we could pick it up. I asked what had changed this time and was told that they realized I had been without a computer for so long and decided i could take it. I asked if anything had changed on the case since they had it and they said no. I had previously made it clear that it was broken then. When we stopped into pick it up, i told them that I wasn't willing to pay for the case until it was actually on the computer, a company that they had ordered a part from 4 weeks earlier did not make me feel that it would actually arrive. That is when i found out that the first part ordered had not fit and they had to reorder it. That would have been nice information to have.
