There have been personnel changes at the Ahwatukee store. I am not happy about it, and will be taking my business to another DD store.

Yes, I went to print a bill I received thru e-mail and it would not print. Kept telling me to add Adobe. not being good at pc problems I called the tech. I was told to add the Adobe, (why didn't they do it?) Also told tech that I was having the same problem on FB that I was having when I called to have it repaired. He told me that at the bottom of screen there was a green, yellow and orange circle and I should go into FB that way. Again I needed to do something in order to use it. This I didn't do because not sure why it needed to be done. I have already spent over $300 to have this problem fixed. The tech said I could bring it back in and they would check it again. The reason I had it picked up and returned for hookup is because I'm not confident on hooking it back up and I do not plan to pay another $99. for pickup again. I truly feel this is something that you should recheck again. The screen went black again this AM, but only happens on FB. Also sometimes when I click on a FB video, all I get is a black screen. Would really like to have this problem resolved without further payment since that was the main reason I wanted it repaired. Hope I do not have to go out and buy a new PC.

Rob (Woodbury, MN) came to our business and in 30 minutes he had fixed a computer problem that a competitor couldn't figure out during a recent 4-hr visit. Fantastic job! I would highly recommend Rob and Data Doctors!

For a quality care customer it took way to long for the normal clean up, and changing out a hard drive

It did take longer than expected. Not sure what is wrong but I haven't been able to us Windows DVD Maker successfully since I got my computer back and every time I go to my email file I get an error message. There is also a Trend install file in the upper corner?
