In my years of service with your company I have always been satisfied and learned from your techs. This time when I brought my laptop in for regular service check-up I was approached by your tech Ben Kruse. He was sweaty/and smelly. I told myself he needed a bath. Also when I picked up my laptop I noticed there was a svc-eval charge of $59 which when I asked Doug he told me it should not of been there because Doug saw that I have a Data Doctors Quality membership and the only amount I should be charge is $19.95 unless I have other issues that my membership does not cover. Doug apologize and corrected the charge for $59. Ben stated he has worked for Data Doctors for ten years. Should he not know his job?

Took too long, and charged too much. If I'm paying a few hundred dollars I expect much quicker service.
