Dale clearly talked with me about my concerns, and how he had addressed them. My computer is running like a top now.

Data Doctors Chandler, AZ

I am very thankful and pleased that Dale Lyons answered the phone yesterday when I called the Alma School Data Doctors store for help. I had every indication my computer had just been compromised by a virus. Following a brief discussion, Dale invited me to bring my computer to the store. When I reached the store, Dale immediately assessed my computer's operation. After a quick overview, he said he was confident he could restore it if I could leave it with him for a day or two. I did that. About 14 hours later, Dale called to inform me that my computer was ready to be picked up. When I reached the store Dale reviewed the actions he took to extract the problem and fine tune the programming to bring the operation to optimum. In addition, Dale spent time with me answering a number of operational questions and demonstrating other helpful commands that are very useful to me. Dale was a godsend to me; his skill resulted in a repair that was far quicker than even he estimated. I feel very satisfied and assured knowing that Data Doctors has such a fine technician that is approachable, reachable and dependable. Dale certainly pleased me and he has demonstrated himself to be a valuable asset to Data Doctors. Robert D. Earl
