Had problems with a IBM laptop that I needed help with. The guys at DD were professional and helpful, however the system still has one of the problems after I picked it up. The external mouse locks up and won''t move after about an hour of use for some reason. The only way to get it going again is to reboot the hd. I plan to try another mouse and if that doesn''t work, return it for more service. I also wanted DD to get me a B to B USB cable, apparently no one checked the supply on hand until I picked up the computer and none was in stock so I''ll have to order one. The salesmen did say they would get one in for me for free but I was hoping to get it when I picked up the laptop. Also, it took over a week to get my laptop fixed, guess the shop was busy or shorthanded that week, they did discount my fee by 1/2 hour because it took so long to fix. Other than that the service was fine and the folks at DD were helpful and friendly.

After returning home with my system, I encountered set-up problems with drivers for my printer. I was able to contact a technician at the site who was patient enough to walk me through re-establishing the drivers over the phone - a task I find to be beyond the call of duty, and I was very greatful for that. All of the Data Doctors staff, at this location, were very friendly, helpful, and thourough with explanations. Hopefully I won''t encounter any further difficulties. However, if I do, I would use the services of Data Doctor again.
