Norton Antivirus was no longer on my computuer when I got the machine home and I had to reinstall it. This was not revelaed to me at the store.

The guys were so patientin explaining to me over and over again what services they were going to perform and for how much. I was so unsure. They also did what they said they were going to do and for how much they said. This made me feel confortable. It took me a long time to take my computer in because I did not know if I could trust the tech''s...turns out I can. Good job! My computer is like new.

MY WIN XP COMPUTER KEPT REBOOTING ITSELF (ABOUT ONCE DAY, OR MORE) AND THEY SUGGESTED A VIRUS. THEY DID THE $250+ CHECK UP AND DIDN''T FIND ANYTHING. BUT THE STARTUP AND OTHER STUFF WAS RE-DONE. THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM CONTINUED AND WAS FINALLY TRACED TO A FAULTY CABLE MODEM (TOSHIBA). COX CABLE INSTALLED A NEW CABLE MODEM AND THE REBOOTING PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. TOO BAD THAT WASN''T SUGGESTED BEFORE THE OTHER EXPENSIVE METHOD WAS TRIED. SINCERELY, R. A. KNAUER

This was a problem with a newly purchased Data Doctors computer. Jack and James gave immediate attention to the problem with a wonderful attitude. Jack consulted Paul at headquarters who contacted me to get a better understanding of the problem. All in all I can not speak more highly of the professionalism and attitude of all involved.

Did things not requested or wanted. In order to get rid of their unwanted changes I had to rebuild the system from scratch (10 man hours). The problem I brought the system in with was not corrected and my request for a fix was brushed off.

I was impressed with the service techs and everyone was very friendly. The thing that bothered me is that the techs ran into some issues that took them much longer than agreed and they never contacted me. I had to go into the store to inquire about the progress only to find that they were running into issues that would leave my computer there. I have my computer back now and I am so impressed with the turnout. I just wish the communication between the store and myself had been better.
