My computer was totally crashed. i can fix most anything on it, however this time it was real bad. ryan took 30 min talking to me and asking questions and told me other problems that i was having even before i told him. They worked late on it for me. Showed me everything they did at pickup and for under what i thought it would cost!!!!!!! The enxt day i loaded some programs that caused more problems, they fixed it again and told me why there was more problems and showed me other ways to do the same things faster. They must of answered me 100 questions of what could work better in teh futre for me. Ryan set up the service and JOHN...the Tech, he took like a hour to tell me about cable, ex, adding more memory and then called me to see if it was ok....ABSOLUTLY..THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN ANYTHING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT OR HAD SERVICED.....JOHN SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR HIS TIME AND PATIENTS,,,,,

Even though another of your locations is closer to my home, I chose to return to the Tatum/T''bird location because of Ryon. He helped me before when I was ready to buy a new computer to put together one for my needs, so I made the trip for this repair specifically because I was so pleased with his service the first time. He is polite, professional, friendly, explains things well, and makes it a pleasure to spend my money with you guys (LOL)! Even though my repair was covered under the warranty and was fixed very quickly, I was treated as no less valuable a customer than when I was buying the whole thing.

Everything about working with data doctors was great. The only problem I have is that I was told my computer would run faster after all the service was done. I love to play Age of Empire. Not only does this game not run better, it runs slower. It sticks and pauses much more often. I took the computer in to have a virus cleared off, and that seems to have been done extreemly well. I just wish my computers performance hadn''t slowed. I''ll probably find someone else to see if they figure out why the computer slowed down and if they can correct it, I''ll probably use them over data doctors in the future since they were able to catch something that was missed. Otherwise, it may just be time to retire this old system. (but why would my computer slow down? strange)
