Everyone I that helped me were great. And Computer God''s in my book. I would definately recommend Data Doctors to anyone with computer problems. I was kept informed on a regular basis on the status of my computer and I am very happy to report I have not lost any of my life. Thank you so much!

I have two points of dissatisfaction. 1. There was a minimumn payment assessed at the beginning of 89.00 pllus later another 312.00 and no one told me what the problem was. But they knew that the total charge would end up that high. 2. The down payment is not refundable even if circumstances force a long delay or cancellation of work which I wanted to be done then but can''t get back to yet.

I was sent two requests to comply with this survey. The first one came prior to the service being completed. Automatic opening doors at your service sites would be helpful. It is really difficult to carry a computer and open a door at the same time.

I was very pleased overall with Data Doctors and will most certainly use them in the future. The techs were very friendly and very helpful. My only constructive comment was that check in was challenging. There was only one tech on site working with a challenging customer. I had to wait over a half an hour to drop off my computer. Other than that, all was excellent. Thank you!

I can''t say enough kind things about Donny. I initially brought my computer in due to a malfunction. He immediately knew it was the motherboard. Since it was obsolete, he gave me several options and was willing and able to answer any questions. I decided to buy a new unit and get my data transferred. I was at the store the entire time and so I had an opportunity to interact with him at great length. As sometimes happen with data transfers, there were a few snags. He was always willing to answer any questions, get my input, etc. etc. To top everything off, on a Friday evening, we ended up staying until 7:30 pm so he could get me home and I''d be up and running. That is an unbelievable thing for someone to do; I certainly didn''t feel he was under any obligation at all to stay 1 1/2 hours past closing time, especially on a Friday. He made sure I had his email address so I could contact him easily with any other snags I might run into. He is a real asset to your company. People like this are hard to find. I suggest you do everything you can to hold on to him as an employee. Sincerely, Barbara Breiter

JEFF AND BOB WERE VERY KNOWLEDABLE ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND THE PROBLEMS WE WERE EXPERIENCING. THEY KEPT US INFORMED DURING THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING OUR SYSTEM. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN AN EXCELLENT SORCE OF INFORMATION AND HELP ONCE WE GOT THE SYSTEM HOME AND HAD ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS. THANKS AGAIN FOR THEIR HELP AND EXPERTISE.

i''m having trouble with my usb its not reconizing my devices i think they are 1.0, also i had to relocate my modem to a diferent pci slot for my system to reconize it. othewise everything seams ok
