Data Doctors Chandler, AZ

I am very pleased with the computer you built for me to accomplish the various things I discussed with you. I feel this is a great machine. Since most of the software is new to me, I am going through the struggles of learning how to accomplish what I want. I would like more info available on AvRack and Nero StartSmart. I am also wondering if I know what I should about the Catalyst Software. Thanks for doing a great job. I really like this computer. It is not filled with junk programs that I have no use for. I would like to see you expand to Colorado.

John was great to work with. Patient at explaining all the details. I bought a computer and spent $1200 and brought in my old computer to have the data trasferred. While the old computer was still there, and after I had taken the new computer home, I decided to have a level 1 service done on the old computer. I was called a couple of days later and told they wouldn''t do the service until I called and paid for the service. I understand this policy and the pitfalls of not following it, especially for first time customers with whom you have never had a relationship, let alone a business transaction. But for a customer that just spent over a thousand dollars, an extension of trust would generate a more loyal client base of customers you would like to retain. Thanks for the great service.

Youv did not update my Norton Antivirus 2000. I had to download around 4.0 MBytes of updates when it said my virus definitions was out of date..

I ould not have been more pleased with Data Docotrs. Greg and Dale were very professional, knowledgeable and explained the problems to me. I also related to the technician unfortunately I do not have his name, and again he was a delightful man. I will use this ompany in the future if/when needed. Again highly professional, knowlegeable and "customer friendly" staff!!!.

My computer is performing no faster than it was when I took it in. In fat, some areas seem to be slower to respond. About the only positive thing that was accomplished from my original reason for taking it in was to get it booting up reliably again. The tech also installed a new CD reas/write and a new DVD read/write drive for me at my request. This was over and above the initial reason for needing service.

Regrettably, there was some misinformation given to Shane about arrival time. I told the person who set up the appointment that I would be at a luncheon downtown and could be home by 2PM. Shane was due to arrive about 2:30. Instead, his instructions showed 1:30. Fortunately, the gate here had my cell phone number to call and tell me he was already here. I got home as fast as I could, but he had had to wait from about 1:30. Be that as it may, he was excellent.
