Jeff Jensen came out and was great. He recovered our data and also found out that our tape drive was not backing up and fixed that. Very courteous

I will attempt to reslove myself first, but none of my USB ports are working on the computer. I had to use an non-USB mouse. Tested every port, none working. If I cannot resolve the problem this weekend (after xmas) I will return. Normally I do my own repairs, upgrade, but this time of year, I did not have time to look at the problem. My son who dropped off the computer said it was slow drop/service (did not state if busy or not). Also he indicated that it was nice to check-out system, but suggested that USB ports be added to the check-out capability.

Sales Invoice#SI-10403163 I don''t usually take the time to offer feedback, but this is the 2nd time I had a challenging visit to Data Doctors on Camelback. My check-in with Justin went great. He seemed fairly new, but asked for help when he needed it. He probably could explain the different repair options a little better. But overall great customer attention and pleasant. However when I was contacted by Richard, I assume the tech that worked on my system. I could get no info about the 2.75 hour repair on my system except that it was ready for pickup. When asked further I feel I rec''d a scripted answer, ....that they performed their full service and the computer showed no signs of problem. I asked again and didn''t get any comments. I read the tech comments on the invoice which is quite long, he could have given me some hilights on the phone, but no attempt was made. Perhaps this is the protocol for Data Doctors. This is my second time dealing with Richard, while I am happy with the last 2 repairs, his customer service needs some improvement. However I will continue to visit Data Doctors in the future. I understand the challenges of employees and that customer service training is a continuing process. This is just an fyi to help improve customer service.....feel free to contact me if you desire.

only two of the three issues were corrected. I still cannot launch a word or excell document / attachment. Please call, as I am frustrated that I may need to bring my computer BACK in - and hope that perhaps there is a way to fix this over the phone.
