It seems like ever since I got my computer back I have new problems that were not there before. Some of the things that I wanted fixed still don''t seem to be corrected. I''m sure overall it is definitely working better but I am still having issues with it, which disappoints me after spending over $200 on it. When I was having a new problem with it the other day I called and the technician said I could bring it back in but I''m in college and not only do I need my computer on a daily basis, it is inconvenient for me to have to take it apart and bring it in to the store again. Especially because this new problem only started AFTER I brought my computer in to be fixed.

My only problem - To be safe, I copied and saved data on a floppy disc and CD before receiving your service. When I now try to run this data, I am unsuccessful. A screen appears that I do not understand, it looks a bunch of small squares. The most important of my data though, you saved. Thank you. Don

They did a great job fixing the problem but they plugged the ribbon wire into the slave forcing me to bring it back to have the wire plugged in correctly so it would work right. They should have done that the first time. But they were very nice about it and did it right away for free.

No offense, but once I was called to have my system picked up, they said it was done and ready to go, but when I got there, they fired it up only to find out that it had conflicts with the internet. After uninstalling my virus software, they were finally able to get it to work. 45 minutes after arriving I was finally out the door with my sytem, less the virus scan. If I was called and it was ready, what happened between that call and my arrival that suddenly mad it ''not ready''? Second, I was told that paying the ''full service'' fee of over $200 that they would get it running in it''s most optimal condition. I was told that they would scan and remove all viruses, etc as well. When I got it home and installed my virus scanner, ( I purchased Norton 2004 just to make sure I had a fresh start), it found over 13 viruses and fixed or removed all but about 2 of them. What did I pay for, exactly? If they could fix any one particular virus, why wasn''t I informed? Again, no biggie, I just learn to deal with certain things. The people at this store are VERY nice and seem very accomodating, but I really don''t think I got what I was told I would get. I don''t want to stir things up, I''ll just continue to work on my system and find a way to remove the virus on my own.

Hello. Everyone was cordial, efficient, and professional. The service tiers are a little confusing as to timeline and the price a bit daunting - at least for individuals like us who cannot charge this service off to a business. However that is moot if the market will bear the fees charged! Thank you for your help - some very recent data had personal value to us (especially photographs) We''ve experienced a few crises and upheavals in the family in past weeks and so what should''ve been backed up was not - but you recovered it, thank you.
